Our Macadamia Nut Coffee is a blend of three different kinds of Arabica Beans:
*Sumatra Blue – Indonesian, extremely full bodied with almost a buttery richness and aroma
*Costa Rica - rich aroma and smooth
*Brazilian Santos – for the Crema… This blend is then divided into two parts; each of these parts given a different degree of roast which develops the beans' natural flavor peak and determines the beans' depth of flavor.

Half of the beans are French roasted. The very dark color of this roast is acquired through extended roasting, bringing all the natural shiny oil to the surface of the beans. The other half of the beans are Viennese roasted providing a smoky flavor with smooth sweet finish.

The overall taste of this coffee produces the flavors of Chocolate and Macadamia Nuts.
