| Sumatra Mandheling Mountanos Select is grown in west-central Sumatra. This coffee, which is considered by many to be the best of the Sumatra coffees, has a bold, full-bodied yet clean cup.
Sumatra coffees are graded by number of defects per ten ounce sample, Grad 1 having ten defects or less per sample. Our Mountanos Select has siz defects or less. The coffee is triple-picked, meaning that the beans are only picked from the trees when they are fully ripe.
This coffee is excellent as a straight or varietal coffee.
