Grinds

Every coffee-maker has its correct grind.You can find out the correct grind of your individual coffee-maker by contacting your machine's manufacturer or following these guidelines:

• French Press: Very Coarse
• Drip Coffee: Coarse
• Espresso machine with crema-enhancing device: Medium to Medium Fine.
• Commercial Style Espresso Machines: Very fine, almost like powder.

(You will find that aged, dry coffee beans must be ground finer than freshly roasted coffee.)
